The quick and vital rules that you need to know are, parking, sidewalk and roof cleaning, exterior painting, traffic control.
Parking
On-street parking not permitted overnight
No on-street parking with the cul-de-sac circles at any time
No parking on grass
No commercial, RVs / campers, or unregistered vehicles allowed on the street or in driveways
No overnight parking in the Clubhouse parking lot without a permit
Sidewalk & Roof Cleaning
Sidewalks in front of each home must be kept clean by pressure-washing. This typically has to be done once per year as the concrete turns black with dirt and mold.
The clay barrel tiles on the roof of your home will need to be kept clean, which typically mean chemical cleaning as they begin to turn black from dirt and mold. This is commonly needed to be done every 2 - 3 years.
HOA Dues
HOA Dues are due on the 1st day of January, April, July, October
Each of the quarterly payments in 2025 are $900
Late fees, interest and other administrations fees apply to payments received later than 10th day on the month they are due.
Failure to pay HOA Dues will result in a Lien placed on your property, and if not cleared up, the HOA Board has the right to initiate a foreclosure and sale of the property to recoup those unpaid dues plus incurred legal fees.
